Linshang Showcases Material Testing Instruments at CHINAPLAS 2025

CHINAPLAS 2025 opened on April 15, 2025, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. As a manufacturer of precision testing instruments, Linshang exhibited a selection of colorimeters, haze meters, gloss meters, and optical transmittance meters at Booth 13P55 in Hall 13. The booth welcomed professional visitors from China and overseas, with many customers stopping by for product demonstrations and discussions about their specific testing applications.

The exhibition halls were busy from the opening morning, and the Linshang booth remained active throughout the day. Visitors had the opportunity to operate the instruments and learn more about their measurement performance. Our sales and technical teams demonstrated the products and explained how they can be used in plastics, rubber, film, packaging, and other related industries. These practical demonstrations allowed customers to evaluate the instruments more directly and discuss suitable solutions for their quality control requirements.

The main products showcased at the exhibition included:

• Colorimeter Series:
  Equipped with full-spectrum LED light sources, Linshang colorimeters provide precise color measurement with color difference repeatability of ΔE ≤ 0.03. Multiple standard electronic color charts are built into the instruments, with a color matching accuracy of more than 90%. Lab color direction prompts also help users identify color deviations more clearly and make color matching more efficient. The series can be used for color measurement and color difference analysis in plastics, textiles, masterbatches, coffee, and other industries.

• Haze Meter Series:
  Linshang currently offers two models in this series: the LS155 Color Difference Haze Meter and the LS155B Transmittance Haze Meter. Both instruments comply with ASTM and ISO standards, require no warm-up time, and complete a measurement in approximately 0.3 seconds. Their 7-inch high-definition touch screens provide clear operation and data display. The instruments are suitable for transparent, translucent, frosted, and hazy materials.

• Gloss Meter Series:
  Linshang gloss meters are designed to evaluate the surface gloss of paint, coatings, ink, paper, ceramic tiles, metals, electroplated parts, and other materials. The instruments are easy to operate and display measurement results as soon as they are placed on the sample surface. QC mode is available for production inspection, with both universal 60° models and 20°/60°/85° three-angle models offered for different gloss ranges. They can be used on both matte and high-gloss surfaces to support more efficient quality control.

• Optical Transmittance Meter Series:
  These instruments are designed to measure key optical properties of transparent materials, including visible light transmittance, ultraviolet rejection, and infrared rejection. They are widely used for plastic packaging, mobile phone covers, eyewear, architectural and automotive window films, and other transparent products requiring optical performance inspection.
